  Shri Sankar Roy has vast knowledge and experience in commercial field.
• Shri U. S. Menon, Director
  Shri U S Menon is a post graduate. He is a practicing lawyer at calcutta high court for last 25 years.
• Shri Sanjoy Ghosh, Managing Director
  He is a graduate,LLB and has an experience of more than 30 years in law.
• Smt. Sharmila Sarkar, Director
  She is a graduate and has an experience of more than 15 years in Corporate.

NOTE:
Shri Mrinal Kanti Guha resigned from the Board with effect from 14^th December 2018 and Shri Sankar Roy was appointed as an Additional Director, with effect from 14^th December 2018.
