The Company was incorporated on 8th August 1947 as BROOKE BOND ESTATES INDIA LIMITED under the Indian Companies' Act, VII of 1913.
On 17 August 1983 the name of the Company was changed to ASSAMBROOK LIMITED.

At present the Company has no operations.
